Lollipop Birthday Girl card (Little Miss Muffet image)

Hi Crafty Friends,

I made these 2 background papers with my new oxide inks. I sponged the outside one with pink ink and sprayed with water. The middle one I used my circle die negatives to sponge on yellow, orange and pink inks. If you have a multi-circle template that would be easier but I have made my own with a piece of card and die cut holes/circles out of it. The sweet little image is from Little Miss Muffet.

The Chef and the Birthday Cake card (Dr Digi image)

Hi Crafty Friends,

I love this image from Dr Digi's and made this card much quicker than I normally do with a clean and simple feel, I normally feel like it's missing something but I like how crisp and fresh this has turned out, the cake being the focus (yum!)

Big Hugs Birthday Girl Bear card (Di's Digis image)

Hi Crafty Friends,

It's winter here so it's a great time for creating more often but no good for taking photos of them. Where's my sunshine lol?

Anyway, onto my card and this gorgeous little bear comes from Di's Digis. I die cut scraps of papers to match and mounted them onto white card to give a fresh feel. I heat embossed the chipboard corners with white embossing powder and the sentiment is a Lawn Fawn stamps and dies set.

Lavender Thank You card (Saturated Canary image)

Hi Crafty Friends,

Oh how I love these papers from Pion Design, aren't they divine? Here's my 3rd card using a Saturated Canary image in 24 hours! This girl had wings but I fussy cut them off. I played around with my new Oxide inks to create her dress, it was a bit of fun for a change up. I punched the butterflies out of the papers and heat embossed the sentiment (I used my Wilted Violet oxide ink for the sentiment but it was too bright so I went over it with a brown and then while the ink was still a little wet I added some clear embossing powder). Apart from the dress and lips the rest was coloured with Copics.

Blue, green & black Best Wishes Girl (Saturated Canary image)

Hi Crafty Friends,

Here's my second Saturated Canary card, isn't this a gorgeous girl? So sad you can't buy these images anymore. I coloured her with distress inks except for her skin which I coloured with Copic markers. I silver embossed a pathway for her to walk on. I used my Oxide inks along with shimmer water and WRMK next level embossing folder to create the background paper. I also cut up a beautiful black Jasmine puffy flourish from Flourish with a Bling.
